Offer Details: New clients of Akamai Legal Video are eligible to receive a one-time twenty-five percent (25%) discount applied to the professional service fees of their first scheduled booking and subsequent initial invoice.
Eligibility: This offer is valid only for first-time clients.
Inclusions: The 25% discount applies strictly to standard professional service rates, including in-person videography hourly rates, remote deposition attendance, standard subpoena service, and AI litigation support reporting services.
Exclusions: This discount does not apply to out-of-pocket expenses, airfare, rental cars, ground transportation, parking costs, daily travel per diem ($140/day), shipping, physical media fees, outside service at cost + 30% procurement charges, rush fees, late cancellation fees, and the 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET).
Application: The discount will be clearly itemized and deducted from the eligible service subtotals on the final invoice. Akamai Legal Video reserves the right to modify or withdraw this introductory offer at any time.
