Why we do this in-house
A sync file is only as useful as the timestamps inside it. When they drift, clicking on a page-and-line jumps to the wrong moment, and you're back to scrolling. We run our own alignment pipeline on our hardware in Hawaiʻi, and your transcript never goes to a public API.
What a good sync looks like
The pipeline produces per-word timestamps with confidence scores we can review and correct. Heavy cross-talk and fast exchanges, which are where off-the-shelf tools tend to fall short, get the most attention. When we cut clips from a deposition, the sync has to come from our pipeline, because the clip work depends on timestamps we trust.
Turnaround and formats
Synchronization is available as an add-on for depositions we record, and as a standalone service for video you didn't shoot with us. Once the ASCII transcript arrives, a full-day deposition syncs in about 45 minutes. Output goes to every major load file format, ready to open in TrialDirector, Sanction, and modern trial software.
