In-House Forced Alignment

A synchronized transcript is only as useful as its deterministic precision. We do not rely on unpredictable third-party software, nor do we upload your sensitive, unredacted case files to public cloud APIs. We utilize a secure, in-house forced alignment pipeline. By leveraging advanced speaker diarization and granular confidence reporting, our localized engine intelligently handles heavy cross-talk, locking the certified text to the audio track with frame-accurate mathematical precision.

Our alignment process is rigorously verified. The pipeline generates precise temporal data for every individual word, allowing us to manually audit confidence scores and adjust timestamps if necessary. Because third-party sync files routinely suffer from severe timestamp drift and mismatched frame rates, utilizing our in-house pipeline is a strict prerequisite for all of our clip creation services. We do not accept pre-made sync files from outside vendors.

Rapid Turnaround & Seamless Compatibility

While synchronization is natively bundled with our videography deliverables, we offer standalone syncing for video you procured from third parties. Once we receive the ASCII transcript, our pipeline can process a full-day deposition in approximately 45 minutes, providing a massive tactical advantage for last-minute trial prep. Final deliverables are exported in all major load file formats, ensuring immediate, drag-and-drop compatibility with TrialDirector, Sanction, and modern trial presentation software.
