The problem
A black box drawn in a PDF editor often leaves the text underneath, where anyone can copy it out. One missed layer in a public filing can mean sanctions and a privacy breach.
What we do
Software on our own hardware finds the candidates: Social Security and account numbers, dates of birth, and health information in context. Every batch is checked for leftover text before it goes back. Nothing goes to an outside web service.
What you get
Flattened PDFs with the underlying text stripped, so nothing can be copied out from under a redaction. You review every batch before filing, and your firm stays responsible for what's filed. We'll sign a Business Associate Agreement when PHI is involved.
