By then the witness is gone, the room is closed, and the fix is a motion nobody wants to write. We do this every week, statewide, and the file lands the way you expect it to.

Notice and scheduling

Oʻahu — Often same day. A day or two ahead is better.
Hawaiʻi Island — Home base. Kona, Hilo, and everywhere between.
Maui — We fly in the night before.
Kauaʻi — We fly in the night before.

Short-notice requests are worth sending. If we can't cover it we'll tell you inside the hour rather than leaving you waiting on a maybe.

Deliverables

Two cameras, two independent recorders, matched timecode. A clean board mix feeding the record. Master cards are forensically imaged to E01 before the media leaves our hands, and every file produced from that acquisition is SHA-256 hashed and listed in a manifest.

You get trial-ready MP4s in the format your shop uses, on a password-protected link. Signed authentication reports are available on request — identifying the equipment, the process, and the hash values, executed under penalty of perjury.

Turnaround

Tell us your deadline and we'll work to it. If the transcript is going out Friday, the video does too. If you need rough footage the same evening for a witness-prep call, say so when you book and we'll plan the day around it.

Working with your reporter

We arrive early and set up before the room fills. The reporter gets a clean direct feed if they want one, arranged quietly and without a production conversation in front of the witness. At the end of the day we hand over a high-fidelity backup audio file to support accuracy in the certified transcript.

W-9, certificate of insurance, and vendor onboarding paperwork returned the same day you ask for it. We invoice on your terms and your forms.
