What we handle
Hawaiʻi apostilles come from the Lt. Governor's office. For private documents, such as a power of attorney, an affidavit, or a school record, we notarize the document, have the Third Circuit Court in Kona certify our notary signature, and submit it to the Lt. Governor's office with the application. We come to you, so signing and notarizing happen in one appointment.
Corrections and timing
If a notarization has a problem, the signer can sign again in front of us and we'll notarize it fresh. The Lt. Governor's office doesn't offer expedited processing, so plan around the state's timeline.
What we don't do
We don't give legal advice or fix documents the state has rejected.
