For a morning start, we fly in the night before
Kauaʻi has few flights and fewer court reporters, so a same-day flight delay can cost you the deposition. We fly in the night before a morning start and handle our own rental car, routing, and load-in, from Līhuʻe near the Fifth Circuit courthouse to Princeville. Airfare, parking, and ground transport pass through at cost, plus a per diem, and the booking firm pays for lodging. We don't bill travel time.
Executive and multi-party depositions
Before Hawaiʻi, Andrew Graves recorded about 2,000 depositions in the Bay Area and Sacramento, many with senior executives and several parties on the line. Kauaʻi jobs get the same kit, with masters imaged and hashed the same day.
Your reporter and remote counsel
Your reporter may be flying in from Oʻahu or the mainland. We coordinate ahead of time and offer a dedicated headphone feed. We bring the same hybrid kit we use in Honolulu, so remote counsel can hear the room and see the witness.
