We're based in South Kona. Downtown Kailua-Kona is about an hour away and Waikoloa about 90 minutes, so there are no flights and no travel charges. We know the rooms: Suite Possibilities, law offices in town, and the resort conference rooms up the Kohala Coast.
Your reporter and hybrid rooms
Hawaiʻi Island has few resident court reporters, so yours may be flying in. We offer a dedicated headphone feed, hand over a backup audio file at the end of the day, and bring a Jabra speakerphone setup, so remote counsel can hear the room without a resort ballroom's echo. Lavalier mics keep the record's audio clean.
Chain of custody
We don't hand over media on site. The same day, master cards are imaged to E01, and every file is SHA-256 hashed and timestamped. Files go out on a password-protected link.
