Maui depositions, planned around the flight schedule
Early-morning flights into Kahului (OGG) are limited, so a Maui deposition takes planning. We handle all travel and ground transportation, and for a morning start we fly in the night before, so we're set up an hour before you go on the record. Airfare, parking, and ground transport pass through at cost, plus a per diem, and the booking firm pays for lodging. We don't bill travel time.

Every Maui job gets the same kit as Honolulu, with masters imaged and hashed the same day. We've recorded depositions in the Maui fire litigation, including at the Kahului fire station, and we plan for nonstandard rooms as carefully as conference rooms.
Working with your reporter
Many Maui depositions use a court reporter flying in from Honolulu. We coordinate with your reporter ahead of time and provide a dedicated headphone feed and clean audio distribution, so the transcript is as accurate as the video.
