The Reliability Gap

Forensic Chain of Custody (E01)

Many videographers wipe their SD cards immediately after dragging and dropping the raw video, permanently destroying vital metadata. We treat your record as forensic evidence. Immediately following the proceeding, the master media is transported to our secure home office where it is imaged to an E01 forensic format before any post-processing begins. This preserves the exact, unaltered state of the original master media.

Cryptographic Deepfake Defense

As AI-generated deepfakes become a legitimate threat in litigation, standard videography is no longer enough. We preemptively immunize your evidence using a strict cryptographic pipeline:

  • The Fingerprint (Hashing): We generate a SHA-256 cryptographic hash of the E01 image. This proves the file has not been altered by even a single pixel.
  • The Wax Seal (Hardware PGP Signing): We sign the hash using an OpenPGP private key physically locked inside a hardware YubiKey. Because the key cannot be digitally extracted, the signature cannot be forged. (You can verify our signatures by downloading our public key, pubkey.asc, directly from our website).
  • The Digital Notary (OpenTimestamps): Finally, we anchor the signature to the Bitcoin blockchain using OpenTimestamps (OTS). This creates an immutable calendar receipt proving exactly when the footage existed, neutralizing any claims of post-deposition AI manipulation.

We maintain absolute, unflappable neutrality on the record. Regardless of how heated disputes become between counsel, the camera stays rolling until there is mutual consensus from all parties to go off the record. We do not yield to unilateral demands to cut the feed. Once the deposition concludes, you can proceed with total peace of mind; your final deliverables are processed and synchronized seamlessly in-house upon receipt of the final transcript.
