Semantic Case Search
Search your case documents by meaning, not keyword. Ask what the witness said about the shift change and get the answer — whether the transcript says shift change, turnover, or when we swapped out.
Interpreter Discrepancy Audit
We compare the interpreter's English rendering against the original-language audio and flag omitted or altered testimony for your review.

A written transcript captures what was said, not how it was said — and demeanor, tone, and delivery are what a jury weighs. Meanwhile, pasting privileged material into a consumer AI tool puts it on infrastructure you don't control, under terms you didn't negotiate and can't audit. We address both.

What we actually deliver
In-Person Depositions
One camera on the witness, two independent recorders, matched timecode. A clean board mix feeding the record, with the room miked for intelligibility rather than atmosphere. Setup is done and tested before the first person walks in. Master cards are forensically imaged (E01) and every file is SHA-256 hashed.
Remote and Hybrid Depositions
Full-resolution recording on our end rather than a compressed cloud capture, so exhibit text is readable and the witness is legible. Hybrid rooms get a Jabra Speak 2 75 conference unit so remote participants stay intelligible without the tabletop echo that turns a certified transcript into guesswork.
In-House Transcript Sync
Frame-accurate forced alignment, performed here. You get synchronized load files formatted for the trial presentation software you already use.
Trial Presentation Editing
Clips cut to your page and line designations, precise redactions, and audio muting. We prepare the material; you run the room.
