Rates and minimums

Depositions bill hourly in quarter-hour increments, with a four-hour minimum. Billing starts one hour before the scheduled start, for setup, whenever we actually begin, and ends 30 minutes after you go off the record. Lunch isn't billed. Several witnesses in the same room on the same day share one setup.

Time and a half applies after 8 hours and from 6 to 8 AM or 5 to 7 PM. Double time applies after 10 hours, before 6 AM, or after 7 PM. We don't bill travel time. Neighbor-island airfare and ground transport pass through at cost, plus a per diem.

Standard video delivery is 3 to 5 business days. Anything faster, or a date you set, is billed as rush. Sync, summaries, and editing are billed separately. Check the rate-sheet box on the form and we'll email the current rate sheet.

Need a W-9? You'll have it the same day. Invoices go out after the job through Square, ACH is accepted, and Hawaii GET is added.
