Who we serve
We serve subpoenas on businesses, medical offices, and physicians at their workplaces, mostly in workers' compensation and commercial cases. We don't serve individuals at home. We serve in Kailua-Kona and South Kona, and in Kaʻū by arrangement.
Records retrieval
When your subpoena calls for records, we pick them up in person and mail the originals straight to your firm, with signed service receipts.
Rush
For urgent service, the first attempt is the next business day, with daily attempts after that until the business is served or you call it off.
