Complex litigation calls for a videographer who has done this many times over. Before Hawaii, we recorded thousands of depositions across the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento. On Oahu, we have recorded depositions in the Red Hill and Maui fire litigation. Every record is captured to the standard national firms expect anywhere.

Downtown Deployment

We work regularly on Bishop Street and throughout downtown Honolulu. We fly the 6:00 AM out of Kona, take a rideshare to skip parking, and are set up in plenty of time for a 9:00 or 10:00 AM start. Clients are billed standard travel expenses and per diem, with no hotel costs up front, and we handle all of our own logistics. We don't use Oahu subcontractors: the videographer you book is the one who shows up.

Audio and Reporter Support

Downtown means sirens and traffic noise, and no microphone removes them after the fact, so mic placement and audio distribution matter. We run our own equipment, sending direct camera video into Zoom and routing clean audio through Jabra systems for hybrid participants. On every job we offer the court reporter a dedicated headphone feed, so the transcript can be as accurate as the video.
